How can I find out about new arrivals at Tuesday Morning?
Sign up to hear from us. You have two choices.
- Sign up for email. eTreasures provides you with email information about our newest weekly arrivals, special offers, and periodic clearance events. Additionally, you will receive an email notification of our sales events. You’ll get our entire sales mailer, which you can flip through online. Sign up now!
- Sign up for postal delivery of the Tuesday Morning mailer. Visit the eTreasures page to sign up for postal delivery of our mailer. Even though you may only be interested in postal delivery, we still require an email address because it becomes your user ID on the website. If you wish to sign up without giving an email address, please sign up at your local Tuesday Morning store’s kiosk on your next visit.

How can I locate more items if my store doesn’t have any in stock?
Your best option is to visit another nearby Tuesday Morning location. All phone numbers, store locations and directions are available here. But, if you know the SKU number or product ID of an item, you can use our Product Locator at 1-800-901-0881.
- The SKU number (or product ID) is a 7-digit number found under the Tuesday Morning bar code on the price sticker.
- Or, on the receipt, the SKU number (or 12-digit product ID) is under the item description and is in the format [000001234567].
- Simply call 1-800-901-0881, enter the 7 digits of the SKU number or the last 7 digits of the product ID, and then the zip code for which you’s like to search for the product. If additional product is available in that zip code, the automated Product Locator will let you know. If there’s not a match in the first zip code you enter, you can always enter additional zip codes to search other areas.
- The information available on the Product Locator is current as of the close of business on the previous business day.
Tuesday Morning is a closeout retailer, making opportunistic buys in quantities varying from purchase to purchase. Therefore, product quantity, availability, and style vary by store and may not last long in any given location. We cannot guarantee that the product will be there when you are.

Why am I not getting emails anymore?

How do I change my email address and other mailing information?
Enter your email address on the home page and click go. On the next page scroll down to where you see your email address. If you already chose a password enter it in the password input cell. If you did not choose a password, we assigned one to you, so please just click on the Forgot your password? link and it will be emailed to you. When you have a password, type it in and click on Sign In. On the next page you may change any of your preferences. Click on Save Settings and your new information is stored.

Why don’t I receive the circular in the mail anymore?
We don’t want you to miss another circular, either! Please send an email to directmailsignup@tuesdaymorning.com with your name and complete address and you will be added back to the mailing list. Or next time you visit a Tuesday Morning store, tell the cashier you want to sign up for direct mail advertising.

What is Tuesday Morning’s Return Policy?
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it with a valid receipt within 45 days. We will issue a cash refund or credit your credit card, depending on your method of payment.
- Without proof of purchase, you may receive an exchange or store credit for the current selling price.
- There is a 10-business day waiting period for returns on any purchase made with a check.
- Returns for more than $200 paid by cash or check may be refunded from our Corporate offices. You will receive a check within 7-10 business days.
- The returned merchandise must be in the original unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

Does Tuesday Morning have online shopping?
Tuesday Morning does not have an online shopping service. We feel it is more economically beneficial to our customers at this time to shop the store and realize the full benefit of our 50% to 80% off retail discount, as opposed to paying additional shipping and handling charges online. We invite you to visit a store near you to experience our unique concept and the "Treasure Hunt" of Tuesday Morning!

How can I get an item donated to my charity?
Tuesday Morning historically supports charitable organizations that support women and children. All charitable donations are budgeted a year in advance. If you would like to submit a request for next year, we will be happy to consider it.
Please submit all requests in writing on your organization’s official stationery with the following information provided:
- Organization’s name
- Tax number or a copy of the certificate
- Briefly describe who benefits from this organization
- Date needed
- Your complete contact information including name, address, phone number and email address.
