How can I locate more items if my store doesn't have any in stock?

Your best option is to visit another nearby Tuesday Morning location. All phone numbers, store locations and directions are available here. But, if you know the SKU number of an item, you can use our Product Locator at 1-800-901-0881. There is also a Product Locator on each Store Kiosk and store personnel can assist customers in locating product with the SKU.

  • The SKU number is a 7-digit number found under the Tuesday Morning bar code on the price sticker. You can also find the SKU number on a receipt under the item description.
  • When you call 1-800-901-0881, enter the 7 digits of the SKU number and then the ZIP code where you would like to locate the product. If the product is available in that ZIP code, the automated Product Locator will let you know. If there's not a match in the first ZIP code you enter, you can always enter additional ZIP codes to search other areas.
  • The information available on the Product Locator is current as of the close of business on the previous business day.
  • We recommend calling the store before driving any distance.

Tuesday Morning is a closeout retailer, making opportunistic buys in quantities varying from purchase to purchase. Therefore, product quantity, availability and style vary by store and may not last long in any given location. We cannot guarantee that the product will be there when you are. Tuesday Morning doesn't have the ability to ship or transfer product from store-to-store or store-to-customer.

The Perks Reward program is an in-store promotion. Currently you may only register a Perks card in a store or with Customer Service via email or phone. Here are the benefits that you receive as a member:

  2. 60-Day Return Policy vs. a 45-Day Return Policy
  3. Exclusive promotional events in your area including but not limited to notification of late openings at specific locations, etc.
  4. VIP private shopping events or emails
  5. An entry into a Quarterly Sweepstakes for each time you shop during the period. Sweepstakes may include a vacation getaway for two, shopping sprees and more
