CUSTOMER FAQ:

1. Is Tuesday Morning going out of business?

  • No, Tuesday Morning will continue to operate during the Chapter 11 process and beyond. We plan to emerge from this process in early fall 2020 as a stronger company to serve you in the future.
  • As part of the reorganization, we will be closing a number of underperforming stores to focus our resources on our highest performing locations in our most productive markets. This means we can provide greater value to our customers by sending the best deals to a smaller number of stores. This process will take place over the summer.

2. Can I still make a return?

  • Yes, our return policy is unaffected by the Chapter 11 process. However, goods purchased at a closing store will be final sale and ineligible to be returned.

3. Can I still use my gift cards?

  • Yes, gift cards will still be accepted at all Tuesday Morning locations.

4. I’m a Perks member. Is there a change to the program?

  • There is no change to the Perks program. In most cases, you will continue to receive the same benefits as before. The only exceptions are: returns will not be allowed on final sale goods purchased from a store that is closed, and extra promotional discounts will not be allowed during store liquidations.

5. Are your hours of operation the same?

  • While COVID-19 has temporarily affected our store hours, we continue to re-open stores as planned, and as state and local mandates allow. Please check the status and current hours of your local store on the Tuesday Morning website.

6. When will my store re-open?

  • While COVID-19 has temporarily affected our store hours, we continue to re-open stores as planned, and as state and local mandates allow. Please check the status and current hours of your local store on the Tuesday Morning website.

7. How can I find out additional information about the Chapter 11 process?

  • As we go through this process, court filings and other documents related to the court-supervised process are available at https://dm.epiq11.com/TuesdayMorning, or by calling the Company’s claims agent, Epiq Corporate Restructuring LLC, at (855) 917-3492 (or +1 (503) 520-4429 for international calls) or sending an email to TuesdayMorningInfo@epiqglobal.com.
