HOW CAN I FIND AN ITEM IF MY STORE DOESN’T HAVE IT?

There are two ways to find a product you’re looking for:

  1. Call or visit a nearby Tuesday Morning location. All phone numbers, store locations and directions are available on Our Locations page.
  2. If you have the SKU number of an item, you can use our Product Locator at 1-800-901-0881. The SKU number is a 7-digit number found under the Tuesday Morning barcode on the price sticker. You can also find the SKU number on a receipt under the item description.
    • When you call 1-800-901-0881, enter the 7 digits of the SKU number and then the ZIP code where you would like to locate the product.
    • If the product is available in that ZIP code, the automated Product Locator will tell you the store address.
    • If there isn’t a match for the first ZIP code you enter, you can enter additional ZIP codes to search other areas.

Our Product Locator is current as of the close of business on the previous business day. However, we do recommend calling the store to confirm the product is there before driving any distance.

Because we’re a closeout retailer, our product quantities, availabilities and styles vary from store to store. So if you see something you like, buy it while you can — and check back often!

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

If you’ve forgotten your password and need to reset it, click “Sign In to Perks” at the top of this page, then “Reset it.” If you know your password and would like to change it, log in to your Perks account then click “Edit Profile.”

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR MAILING LIST?

Log in to your Perks profile to edit your email preferences or click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any Tuesday Morning email.

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD THE DIGITAL PERKS CARD TO MY SMARTPHONE?

You can do this in two ways. Using your phone, open the email containing your Perks card then save the image. Or, open our website on your smartphone and log in to your Perks profile.

DO I ALWAYS HAVE TO SHOW MY PERKS CARD TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE 60-DAY RETURN POLICY?

Yes! Use your card each time you shop to enjoy all your Perks rewards — including your extended 60-day return policy.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ADDRESS FOR THE CIRCULAR?

Call Customer Service at 1-800-457-0099, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm CST and tell the agent that you’d like to update your address for direct mail advertising.
