I’m trying to log in to the portal, but it says the password is incorrect?
 
Click the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the prompts to reset your password to a one of your choice. We recommend you do this at your first login.
I just logged into the merchant dashboard and there is nothing there. Why?
 
It could simply mean you have not received any applications yet. Believe that to be wrong? Make sure your customers are applying through your unique link, NOT our site. They will only be tied to your store if they use YOUR link.
I’m not getting any notifications and do not know what’s going on with my applications?
 
Our system is set up to send notifications to the email that your account was created with. Check you spam/junk folder for communications from info@terracefinance.com and be sure to add that sender to your safe senders list. Still not getting them? Call 888-509-1370 Remember, you can see real time updates in your merchant dashboard. inside the portal.
already submitted my customer’s invoice, now I need to change/add/edit something. Now what?
 
You can edit & resubmit the invoice if funding hasn’t happened yet. Click the eyeball on the right-hand side of the row next to the customer, make the edits, and hit submit again.
What if my merchandise arrives damaged or partially missing?
 
You should reach out to your merchant to work through their customer service processes. What if I want to return my product?
 
If you are within the merchant return policy, you can work directly with the merchant to complete the return. The merchant will confirm the return of the product, and the lender can be notified. If after the store return policy, you should refer to your agreement. You should notify your payment solution provider if you chose to use this option.
How do I make payments?
 
The payment solution provider will provide payment instructions and payment alternatives in their agreement. Terrace Finance cannot take payments on behalf of its payment solution providers.
What happens at the end of my agreement?
 
The payment solution provider will specify the end of the term in their agreement. You can reach out to your payment solution provider if you need more information.
What if I am having a hardship and unable to pay?
 
Tuesday Morning cannot commit on behalf of our payment solution providers. We recommend that you reach out to your payment solution provider as soon as possible to work out arrangements.
