What information is needed to apply?
 
A: Your personal and income information, and if approved, you’ll be required to provide banking information prior to completing your agreement.
Will my credit be affected if I apply?
 
Tuesday Morning Finance conducts a “soft credit pull” to take a glance at your credit score and route your application to a payment solution provider that is within range. A soft credit pull does not affect your credit score. However, the payment solution providers, you will see their terms and conditions prior to them pulling your credit and you may choose to stop the process at that time.
What is the rate?
 
We work with multiple payment solution providers that service a range of credit profiles. Terms vary by the provider and the specific program you are matched with during the application process. Prior to any commitment, you will be presented with terms and conditions
Is this a loan or a lease?
 
Different providers use payment solutions that can be loans or leases. All of the offerings must disclose the type. We require all plans to have early buyout options to give you the most freedom in using our solutions.
What if my merchandise arrives damaged or partially missing?
 
You should reach out to your merchant to work through their customer service processes. What if I want to return my product?
 
If you are within the merchant return policy, you can work directly with the merchant to complete the return. The merchant will confirm the return of the product, and the lender can be notified. If after the store return policy, you should refer to your agreement. You should notify your payment solution provider if you chose to use this option.
How do I make payments?
 
The payment solution provider will provide payment instructions and payment alternatives in their agreement. Terrace Finance cannot take payments on behalf of its payment solution providers.
What happens at the end of my agreement?
 
The payment solution provider will specify the end of the term in their agreement. You can reach out to your payment solution provider if you need more information.
What if I am having a hardship and unable to pay?
 
Tuesday Morning cannot commit on behalf of our payment solution providers. We recommend that you reach out to your payment solution provider as soon as possible to work out arrangements.
