Your California Privacy Rights (Shine the Light) Effective: August 22, 2025 Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83), California residents who have an established business relationship with Tuesday Morning Online LLC may request, once per calendar year and free of charge, information about our sharing of your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year.

We may ask for limited information to verify your identity and California residency. Timing and Limits If you send your request to one of the designated addresses above, we will respond within 30 days. If you send your request to a different address, we will respond within a reasonable period, not to exceed 150 days. 

We are only required to respond to one such request per customer per calendar year. Alternative Choice Mechanism We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without giving you a choice. If we ever intend to do so, we will provide a cost-free means to opt out (or require your opt-in consent) and will honor your choice going forward. Relationship to Other California Privacy Rights These Shine the Light rights are in addition to your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
